How do the continuous preorders work?
Preorders are open all month long and close on the last day of every month. From that date, turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. So no matter when you order during the month, the turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from the last day of the month you ordered in. New designs will be added frequently and popular prints will stay around as long as they are getting enough love. I take suggestions for new prints so if you have an idea of something you'd like to see, send me an email and let me know!
Holiday prints (Easter, 4th of July, Christmas, etc.) will only be around for specific months so that they arrive in time for you to sew them up for the occasion.
Can I combine in-stock retail items with preorder items in one order?
Yes, but all items will ship together after the preorder items arrive to me. If you need retail sooner, you'll need to place a separate order. Any orders that contain only retail items will ship right away within 1-2 business days. I can't hold them or combine with a separate order you've made that contains preorder items.
How should I wash my fabric?
Our fabric is digitally printed using methods that ensure the wash and wear durability of the colors is excellent! We recommend pre-washing and drying your fabric before sewing with it. Some fading can occur after multiple washes with our cotton bases and this is just the nature of the cotton when friction occurs against the surface (i.e. rubbing against other clothing when washed). To help preserve the colors of your fabric for the longest amount of time, we recommend washing your finished garments inside out with warm or cool water and without towels and jeans in the same load. Tumble dry on low/med or air dry.
A Note on our Rewards Program: Any points accumulated will expire one year from the date of your last order on the website. At the time of expiration you will need to re-enroll in the program to participate again with a points balance of 0.
